Photos of children

We sometimes take photos and videos at parties to share on our website and social media. We only do this with the choice you make on the waiver:

Yes, no faces: we only share images where your child's face can't be seen.

We never post children's full names or your address. You can change your choice or ask us to remove a photo at any time by contacting us.

Who we share it with

We only share information with services that help us run the business, and only what they need:

Wix, which hosts our website, booking forms, and waiver
Clover, which processes payments
Email, text, and calendar tools we use to communicate with you
Our insurance provider or legal advisors, if needed for a claim or legal matter
Authorities, if required by law

These companies have their own privacy policies.

Children's privacy

Our services are for families, but our website and forms are meant to be filled out by a parent or legal guardian. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.

How long we keep it and how we protect it

We keep booking and payment records as long as we need them for taxes and accounting. We keep signed waivers for a year in case of an insurance or legal question. We delete or securely dispose of information we no longer need.

We use the security built into our website and payment providers and limit access to LuAnne and Troy. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.

You can ask us to:

See the information we have about you
Correct anything that's wrong
Delete your information, unless we must keep it (for example, a signed waiver or tax records)
Change your photo choice
